Delete your Dinklet account

You can permanently delete your Dinklet account at any time. Dinklet is run by The One Perfect Solution LLC. ("Dinklet" is our working name and may change.)

In the app

1. Open Dinklet and tap Me.
2. Tap the Settings gear.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in with Google or Apple once more to confirm it's you.

Deletion happens right away.

Without the app

Email support@dinklet.com from the email address you use to sign in to Dinklet, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the name on your Dinklet profile so we can find your account. We will confirm within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, photo, skill rating, home city, bio, play styles, DUPR ID and rating, social links and sign-off.
• Your coach listing, if you have one.
• Your list of blocked players.
• Your sign-in. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Dinklet's access to your Apple ID.

What may be kept

• Messages you sent in group, game and tournament chats stay in those chats so the conversation still makes sense, and may still show the name you used.
• On past game rosters and session standings you show as "Former player". Tournament teams, brackets and results may still show the name you used.
• Games, tournaments and groups you created, and courts you added, may stay for the other players in them.
• Reports and records we need for safety, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
• Copies in backups and logs, which are removed on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.

Want your name removed from old messages or results too? Email support@dinklet.com and we will remove or anonymize it where we reasonably can.

Location you shared stays on your phone, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes it.
